LCA A4 + A5 Survival Guide

Navigate the new BR18 requirements with confidence.
Created with DGNB-auditor Johanna Ida Jacobsen

Guide overview

From July 2025, BR18 requires that emissions from transport to site (A4) and construction activities on site (A5) are included in your LCA calculations, with a strict CO₂ limit of 1.5 kg CO₂e/m²/year for these stages alone.

To help you prepare, we’ve created this free Survival Guide in collaboration with Johanna Ida Jacobsen, DGNB-auditor and partner at Sustaining.

What’s Inside?

  • LCA A4 and A5 explained simply
  • Expert Q&A with Johanna based on real site team questions
  • Documentation hacks to save time (and stress)
